We are traveling in the golden era of the Sandalwood and already have come across many superheroes. In this article, We will be meeting some more superheroes.

Thor of the Sandalwood- Anant Nag.

Thor, Although stronger than most of his mortal teammates,

Thor is far from the strongest Avenger. Aside from superhuman strength, speed, agility, and durability, the mythological Norse god of thunder can also manipulate the thor channels his powers through his mystical hammer Mjolnir.

Likewise, Anant Nagarkatte known as Anant Nag is an Indian actor, known primarily for his work in Kannada cinema, and in addition, he appeared in Marathi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi movies.

Anyone can say Anant Nag is the Thor of the Sandalwood in the 70s - 80s not only he guarded the period of 70s and 80s As I said before he is the Thor, the mightiest Avenger, but Anant Nag is also still today guarding the sandalwood.

Captain America- Ambareesh

Steve Rogers / Captain America:
A frail, sickly young man who is enhanced to the peak of human ability by an experimental serum in order to aid the United States war effort. Rogers awakens in a 1940s-style hospital room. Deducing from an anachronistic radio broadcast that something is wrong, he flees outside and finds himself in present-day Times Square, where S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury informs him that he has been "asleep" for nearly 70 years. In a post-credits scene, Fury approaches Rogers and proposes a mission with worldwide ramifications.

Likewise, Malavalli Huchche Gowda Amarnath known by his screen name Ambareesh, was an Indian actor, media personality and politician from the State of Karnataka. Alongside Rajkumar and Vishnuvardhan, he is counted in Kannada cinema's "triumvirate" as its most celebrated actors.

With his debut in Puttanna Kanagal's National Award winning Kannada film Naagarahaavu (1972), Ambareesh's acting career commenced with a brief phase of portraying antagonistic and supporting characters. After establishing himself as a lead actor portraying rebellious characters on screen in a number of commercially successful films, he earned the moniker "rebel star". He also earned the nickname Mandyada Gandu (English: Man of Mandya) and continues to hold a matinee idol status in the popular culture of Karnataka.

Ambareesh can be said as "Captain Karnataka of Sandalwood".

Dr. Strange of Sandalwood- Vishnuvardhana

In Kathmandu, the sorcerer Kaecilius and his zealots enter the secret compound Kamar-Taj and behead its librarian. They steal a few pages from an ancient, mystical text belonging to the Ancient One, a long-lived sorcerer who has taught every student at Kamar-Taj, including Kaecilius, in the mystic arts. The Ancient One pursues the traitors, but Kaecilius and his followers escape.

In New York City, Stephen Strange, a wealthy, acclaimed, and arrogant neurosurgeon, severely injures his hands in a car accident, leaving him unable to operate. Fellow surgeon and former lover Christine Palmer tries to help him move on, but Strange vainly pursues experimental surgeries to heal his hands, nearly bankrupting himself. Strange learns about Jonathan Pangborn, a paraplegic who mysteriously regained use of his legs. Pangborn directs Strange to Kamar-Taj, where he is taken in by Mordo, a sorcerer under the Ancient One.

Vishnuvardhan, born Sampath Kumar, was an Indian film actor known for his works predominantly in Kannada cinema. He appeared in over 220 films in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam. He was called 'The Phoenix of Indian Cinema'. He made his debut in the 1972 film, Vamsha Vriksha, in a supporting role. The same year he played the lead role in Puttanna Kanagal's Naagarahaavu, and was recognized as 'The Angry Young Man of Kannada Cinema'. He has played a variety of roles in different genres.

There are no same characteristics between Vishnuvardhan and Doctor Strange but we can't forget the doctor harish role in Bandhana movie of Vishnuvardhan. If Avengers had started in sandalwood in the 70s then Vishnuvardhan would be the best suited for the role.
