Almost every one of us, at some point in our life would have come across such type of advertisements " Work from home and earn 20k, 30k and so on." But is it true? Really?

Have you ever given it a thought that in a country like India where graduates are struggling for jobs, where unemployment is always an issue, do you expect such claims to be true? Is it so easy to earn money that too without the discomfort of waking up and stepping out of your comfortable rooms? The answer is NO. If that was possible we wouldn't have to wake up early in the morning and reach our office and then struggle the whole day.

It is crucial to know whether a job is real or a scam. Internet fraud is pandemic, and scammers prey on job seekers.

The fake jobs are usually too good to be true. They have high pay along with less work, and if you observe carefully, you'll find the work which they offer are baseless and meaningless. Always keep in mind that no real job asks for a registration fee. If they do, they are fake. But nowadays scammers have come up with a new plan, they don't ask for registration fees initially but add their clause that you have to reach the target or else you would have to pay the penalty amount and trust me on this, even if you move mountains you would never be able to reach the target, they will never let you finish it and even if you do, they will just change the results but in any case you'll be at fault.

Let me share my own experience with you all to better understand their gameplay. It wasI received a call from "XX" company which provided the work of filling captchas. The work was to fill 10,000 captchas in 10 days with pay of 22.500 and ofcourse it was free of any registration charges. Sounds too good, isn't it? But the deal was that I have to fill 9000 correct captchas or I'm liable to pay 5k. Then they asked for my digital signature as well as my aadhar card details and just like a naive kid I handed it over to them but what came next was a blow to my face. They had prepared a legal agreement stating that if I fail to reach the target i.e, a total of 9,000 captchas correctly filled I will have to pay them 5k and guess what after 15 days I received a call from a person claiming himself to be lawyer and stating that my name has been filed for breaching of a contract and if I want to clear the issue outside the court I will have to pay a certain amount to the company. The app which they provided never worked properly, always had network issues and moreover even if by painstaking efforts you complete the target it would never show up in your results. So this was my first experience with scammers and I pray to be the last as well.

So dear people never share your personal details and signature.
Also, do research for the company you are trying to enroll to ensure that you're not stepping into the world of scammers.

Check whether the website is genuine or not and always check if it has any complaints in the consumer complaint list. Pay attention to the way they talk, their mails and you will be able to find their genuineness. Real job payers never come to you rather you have to approach them for the jobs.

Work from home as a freelancer is a reality but only from genuine sources so if you're interested to work as a freelancer go for genuine jobs at genuine websites.
