In this song, Milind has not just sung but acted also with Jannat Zubair Rahmani, famously known as a television actor. In this song, the main lead girl, Jannat is having cancer and Milind somehow found the reports of cancer in the diary of girl where she has written her last wishes. One by one Milind started fulfilling those wish but later on, he also found that he is also suffering from the same disease, that is, Cancer. Milind then married to the girl when she was in her death bed and he was in a wheel chair.
