One would think that I had wasted their time in making them read the second part if the main thing is in the second part. But calm down. I have not wasted your precious time. I am rather making you aware about the problem.

COMPARISON (who have phone VS who don’t have phone)

Those who have phone have various benefits
·They save their time
·They are more productive
·They are superior than others.
If you think that you possess above mentioned benefits. Then. GHANTA!!!!!
No you don’t posses such benefits. You use your saved time in reading memes, posting stories, watching web series. So overall you have wasted your saved time. Now when you wasted the time, how could you expect yourselves to be productive.

Na Bhaiya Na. Aap ghanta productive ho!!
And in reality you are much inferiors than other. Just imagine the days when there were no smartphones and you enjoyed teasing your grandparents, your cousins. One say that smartphone connects people from different place and time together, but it also disconnected people from the same place. A cousin’s reunion was much fun before the era of smartphones. So just think you are lucky or unlucky!!

HOW TO TACKLE IT

I am not saying that Smartphone is not necessary. It is very productive in every field. But, as beauty lies in the eyes of beholder. In the same way productivity lies in the hands of users. When one competes for competitive exams such as GATE , UPSE , SSC etc , Smartphone can be very productive. 98% people will you it for wasteful purpose,but 2% will use it for useful purpose. Depriving you of the facility will let you deprived of the facility of 2% people.

Tackling:

·Slide all the social media apps to the last page of your home screen. When you have to use this social media you have to do extra work to get to those apps. This will help you not to use those apps psychologically.

·Go the app setting and block all the notification from these apps
·Mute your whatsapp group {MOST IMPORTANT}
·Install Your Hour app. It will help you to analyze the amount of time you spent on your phone. The main problem is that we don’t know how the time passes. It will constantly remind you that you have been on this app for 20 minutes. You will get shock to know the amount of time you spent on your phone.

·Thinking that you could impress other gender on facebook ,completely stranger for you, is vague. Tmse bara pagal koi nahi!!
