SHOPKEEPERS CANNOT CHARGE CUSTOMERS FOR BAG.

No matter, how much one denies the fact,but, to shop is like a love,for everyone. But, just think if the shopkeepers start to rob you by applying various tactics ?How would you protect yourself? Remember the last time you visited a general store, what was the price of items present there?Was the value ending with 9 or 0? Well you might be thinking what all rubbish I am talking about, but just wait for sometime and you would know the truth that, what happens with your one rupee that is, left with them.

First of all, it is a human pyschology that when they keep the price atrs999 of an item costing rs1000, our brain will remember the cost as rs900 and would be more eager to buythe item and would even be happy with the fact that we spent a lesser amount on the product and this is, what is the tactics, they use for selling the goods . The other fact related to the one rupee left with the shopkeeper , which is usually left, because of the shame the buyer feels in taking back that one rupee. But the question is that, if a buyer is OK with the fact of leaving that one rupee with the shop, then why are we not OK with giving that one rupee to a needy person on a traffic signal or any other place? At least, by doing so we would get a self-satisfaction.

You know what happens to that one rupee left, to much a surprise,it adds on as a part of the black money for the shopkeeper, as there is no record of the one rupee left anywhere,it either goes in the pocket of the salesman or the shopkeeper. So, the next time, when you leave even a rupee at the shop, just wait for a minute and think, that shouldn’t the Money left there be used in a noble deed and not as a black money. The ways to stop this , includes, the use of digital modes for payment in, which there is no chance to leaveeven a single extra penny with the shopkeeper.

The next fraud that most of us face while shopping includes is the buying of charged bags having the shop’s logo on it. Most of us forget to take a bag for keeping the groceries or the other stuff bought from the market , and then when asked whether we needed a bag,the answer to the question is yes. But, do you know charging for the bag having the logo of the store is illegal. It has been declared illegal by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, but due to fact that most people are not aware of the law that paying for a bag having the company’s name on it is illegal and it is not told to the customer as it is the company, who gets benefited. Just remember the next time you go a store and you ask for a bag and if the bag given to you has the company’s hologram, do notpay the shop for the bag as it is illegal as per the law.

It is only the customer who could prevent the compilation of black money in the stores, which in turn would help in the betterment of the nation.
