Kumari Kandam (The Mysterious Continent)

It is very difficult to tell about the origin of Tamizh. As it is the oldest language in the world. Many researchers like Thomas Huxley , Ernst Haeckel , Eugene Dubois , Alexander Kondratov(author of The Riddles of three Oceans) have proved that the first appearance of homo sapiens happened at Kumari Kandam(leumeria). In Tamizh epic silapathikaram, there is reference to rivers (Pakruli river) பஃறுளி ஆறு, (Kumari river) குமரியாறு and mountain chains (Panmalaithodar) பன்மலைத்தொடர் which were lost to sea. There are geological proofs for it. In 1985, UNESCO's Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission analysed the ocean floor bed. And proved that the mountains under Kumari(Indian) ocean are the part of the super continent Gondwana. The derived names like Borneo island from (porunai)பொருநை, Sumatra island from (sumadurai)சுமதுரை, bali island in Indonesia from (thenpali)தென்பாலி are also the evidence of Kumari Kandam. Pavanar also wrote various research books confirming that Tamizh civilization started from Kumari Kandam and spread to north. Since the land is consumed by sea there is a less archeological evidence left out like (poombukar)பூம்புகார் which is 90 feet under ocean. But, The Delhi colonial government doesn't want the history of Tamizh to come out.

The civilization begins from mountain and mountain based places Kurunji(குறிஞ்சி). Here the wealth is based on cows only. So, the word (Madu) மாடு has also the meaning of wealth also. Here war between clans was based on capturing cattles and recapturing them. It is called as (Vetchi war)வெட்சிப் போர் and (Karanthai war)கரந்தைப் போர். Then people started moving towards the forests near mountain places. This started the lifestyle of (Mullai)முல்லை. Here war existed by capturing land of enemies. Even the people of enemies are captured as slaves. This war is called (Vanchi war)வஞ்சிப் போர். The concept of standing army begins here. Then people moved the river banks and started river valley civilizations. This lifestyle is becomes (Marudham)மருதம். Here warfare((Uzhigai war)உழிஞைப் போர் and (Nochi war)நொச்சிப் போர்) took place by means of sieging the enemy's fortress. Farming becomes the major occupation of people. Here to manage land the unique method devised by Tamizhs is (Kaniatchi)காணியாட்சி. In this system land is owned by people of the particular place only. Even the king cannot take their land.

Then people expanded upto sea shore. Here the warfare gave raise to Tributorism.(திறையாண்மை) The above 4 lands when doesn't has enough water becomes (Paalai)பாலை.

Before 1500 BC Tamizh people found Indus valley civilization. It was destroyed by invasion of Alexander only. And around 6th century BC also Tamizh people found kingdom நன்னர்கள்(Nandhas) in Ganga river banks. The word Patna comes from (patinam)பட்டினம் only meaning the river bank. They used sea means to travel from Tamizhnadu to Indus valley civilization and Ganga. In central India there was thick forest so people could not travel through land. The people here lived only in mountain and it's forest based areas. They are called (Vadugargal)வடுகர்கள். They are the people who defeated நன்னர்கள்(Nandhas). As they defeated them they took some aspects of the Tamizh people's culture also. Valluvam was formed by Tamizh people based on their scientific knowledge.
