We Homo sapiens evolved as the intelligent beings in the race of being the fittest of all. Not only on our planet but throughout the solar system, we strive as a powerful species. Humanity has indeed come to a great distance from being Nomads to astronauts.

Human nature must ask questions, seek out answers to the mysteries of this world, dwell on the greatest wonders of the world, and shape and restructure the laws governing this universe.

It is the gray matter within our brain that keeps us attaining new frontiers in different scientific and technological fields. One such field is astronomy and space exploration. Astronomical traces can be found in India, China, Greece, Egypt and Rome from the 6th century BC. It was in human minds nature to question our life in a vast world where this knowledge was born.

The discovery by Sir Nicholas Copernicus which stated the earth revolved around the sun was the first major discovery that laid the ground for modern astronomy and space exploration. Through and through the progress of great astronomers in science we progressively got a clearer picture of what the universe was, is and what it will be like in the near future.

After setting up the laws of the universe, we began to question our sole existence in this vast universe. Are there such planets as earth? Are other supreme being within us? Or are we really alone in this vast universe?

Therefore we embarked on a long exploration journey. We have been imp arable, from building rockets to landing a man on the moon, from building the powerful telescope across the planet to constructing a huge rotating space station around the world. We are sure that we've achieved great achievements whether it is this cold war that fueled this field or just the intention to gain knowledge.

The main goal of humanity now is to spread beyond the planet Earth, that is, to spread throughout our galaxy. In order to achieve this, we need planets that are habitable and that satisfy living conditions. Space exploration is an exciting field that attracts a large number of cosmologists and aeronautical engineers worldwide. It has become a race not only among countries but also among powerful space corps giants to colonize Earth-like planets with Mars as the first target.

SpaceX, NASA, CNSA, ISRO and so forth have already been looking at colonizing the earth, like exoplanets. This function is not a piece of cake, its budget is high and its resources are unrivaled. There's no chance of failure.Making powerful rocket engines propelled by the solar system, the technology needed to sustain human life, etc., are the major areas of research on which the future of space exploration depends.

We have reached this point and we are certainly going to move into a future of a more advanced civilization. Space is meant to be conquered, we are a part of it whether we're alone or whether we live in this universe with a lot of other supreme entities, we are set for a future of the new discoveries and developments. After all the words of Carl Sagan:Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.”
