Just like IIFA in India,Cannes is the annual film festival held in France. This is A platform for previewing new movies belonging to any genre from all over the world. This year marked the 72nd anniiversary of this film festivals. It started on 14th May and will end on 25th May.

The Indian stars nowadays keep showing up at almost every film festival or any other event including Met Gala and didn’t fail here either. A number of Indian celebrities were spotted in the Cannes festival ranging from the biggest film star to a TV star. Priyanka Chopra,Diana Penty, Human Qureshi, Ashwarya Rai, Kangna Ranaut,Deepika Padukone and Hina Khan were the celebrities from India who hit the red carpet in their lavishing and creative outfits. The much talked about celebrity among these was Hina Khan who had gone their for her debut movie, Lines.

Priyanka Chopra was no surprise as she is now partly a Hollywood celebrity and Deepika padukone has also managed to get into Hollywood, be it just one movie.Ashwarya Rai hit the carpet with her daughter in a golden gown and look like a mermaid from some fairyland. Sonam kapoor too made her debut in the festival and was seen wearing a red gown. Diana Penty served 60’s elegance while Hina Khan was a great hit on the red carpet.

The hollywood stars too were seen in amazingly beautiful outfits. Bella Hadid looked like an angel in her white gown. Some Hollywood stars also hit the carpet wearing some real bold dresses. Alessandra Ambrosio, Taylor Hill and Romee Stridji were some celebrities among these.
