1. Unrealistic loop
Instead of living the present your mind keeps convincing you with 'what if' playing the bygone, again and again, expecting it to be entirely different from what it already had been. Doing so over a period drops you far off from practicality making it harder for you to accept genuine outcomes of any scenario.

2. Worst prognostication
Collecting the worst, replaying and over analyzing it inside your head wires you to foresee more of the negative slope. It draws in negativity and grounds you remote to happiness with the thought that it doesn't exist on your part.

3. Feeding self-doubt
Self-questioning on heading any circumstance makes you lose your worth and confidence. Instead of facing fears you tend to search escapism programming yourself into none other than a paranoid.

4. Planned pessimism
Unable to troubleshoot self-doubt you mislay optimism and settle for not looking forward with the thought that everything is going to hurt you. You deny seeing the bright side and create your own dark space to stick to.

5. Parasitism
Overthinking is a way more toxic as it is hard to tame. It feeds, nurtures itself and grows on your insecurities invading more of the healthy thoughts alike a parasite and makes you fragile to withstand up-stream.
