“It is time that we all see gender as a spectrum instead of two sets of opposing ideals.”

The notion of equality means an open portal to equal access to resources, opportunities, and freedom regardless of the sex one is born into. Moreover, it ensures participation in social, political, and economic classes of decision making and keeping hold of the worth of the one appearing in those strata.

Many international affirmations try to convince us of the norms of gender equality which seems fair on the pages but still lies far off from reality. Despite the human rights women are more likely to be poor and illiterate than men and hold less access to property, ownership, credit, training, and employment. Women are unlikely to hold political dominance and lie poor playing victims of domestic violence.

The indifference in the workplace puts more of the negative impact in the day to day living of a woman. Numbness of the administration towards inaction of the passers-by leaves the whole she community disappointed as if the whole the world has turned blind to harassment. Telegraph quoted, ‘it may be her clothes, her manner, or her gait, or her decision to go out into the world, that’s not quite right.’, to put light to the misery faced by the womb carriers. Their daily adjustment to fit in undermines the uniqueness of their personalities and forces them to thrive in the boundaries of social commitments. Apart from this, they are being constantly pushed back to fulfill the norms of femaleness rather than living free personhood. This statistical analysis favors the pitiful myth of equality and the condition of women lies sorrowful in the steps of human existence, survival, and viability.

Women are persistently forced to accept the harassment they go through as normal as the study shows. Then none of the countries can be claimed to be civilized that hold such cities. This indifference and neglect are likely to agitate the anger and disappointment among the entire community.

"Equality in all the sense is the sheer liberty."
Inequality on any ground seeds the thought of not being worthy and focuses on the gender-based dominance where the victim is likely to feel low, discarded and deprived of all the rights to enjoy a healthy living and livelihood. The rights need to be adjusted coherently for the better survival of both the genders eliminating all the differences which are sure to benefit the overall generation.
