It can be sugary sweet and rosy red, but not always. That’s how the circle of life runs. Circs are so situational as they come yielding but the very next moment they turn contrary. In such a roller coaster, meeting panic and pep is gradual. Fancy figures are sure to rip off. So, panicking is more of a circumstantially certain thing. Fright has been ruling the other side since ages and one has to be there for a while for sure. At times things aren’t simple as mere hopping between felicity and fright. It can be dragged dangerously to the level up anxiety.

Anxiety is certain and universal. It is a pressing feeling of worry or concern that clouds wit and gut both. Getting anxious is natural but not all affairs deserve over attention. As per Dr. Aaron Balick, anxiety can be anticipatory, retrospective and existential. The time when it blooms out of the blue, it is known as a panic attack. Occasional anxiety isn’t the big bothering rock but frequently facing the same demands immediate attention.

Anxiousness drives over analyzing and this brisk reaction between multiple thought bubbles are barely productive. It can be dangerously critical like pumping your chest when subjected to some sort of a scare doze. As panic takes up the front seat, the whole ride is sure to end bizarre. Here, the prior calculation of the distance between the reactive host and the pressing event serves a favor in effective problem assessment.

Getting in an unfavorable scenario is distressing. It leaves you with three options either changing it, accepting it or letting it go off. Changing the whole scenario needs effort, what if! it doesn’t change? then the situation has to be accepted as such because over stressing here is exhausting and unyielding. If both the options seem uneasy to go with, letting go everything pins the possibility and getting unarmed isn’t harmful always.

Overthinking and over trying leads nowhere except to the circle of suffering. Pain is momentary but replaying it again and again inside your head is equal to self-torturing. Struggling a job, relationship or not fitting in can be stressing but overplaying the same is traumatizing. It is exactly alike starring a self-made psychological thriller with you being your audience as well as critic.

Breathe the air in and breathe your stress out is more of an old cliché but it works. Searching calm and content over expending on anxious anxiety is more of a good deal gain than losing wits dramatizing. A good emotional culture is a must to fill the abyss as it replaces reactive anxiety with a better perspective. Over questioning self is indistinct, it drags the cloudy mind to drizzle.

Anxiety isn’t any unsolvable error, no matter if it leaves you powerless yet it can be controlled and coped well. So, before your mind starts telling you stories, do feed your boggle with some factful instance.
