The point where we feel something is really not good, but we couldn't able to recognize the reason behind it, we feel like we lost something, we lost our self, we get irritated, frustrated and develop short temper, this affects our life style and the surrounding people. I am sure everyone experienced a point where they start hating them, they hate everything attached to them. We burst into tears without actually knowing the reason. We sit aside and remember all the bad events and consider our self unlucky that we have faced them. Basically we dig our self to an extremely negative inner environment.
This is where we start torturing our self and the worst things is we cannot even explain this to anyone so what to do? whom to seek help?
The one solution for all of this is YOU. No one can help you better that you. If you decide that this is not how I am gonna feel, everything will start changing, you need to decide that I am the one who is going to help myself and from that point your journey of feeling yourself begins.
1. The very 1st thing which you have to do is get yourself out of the bed, wash your face, get ready, go out, don't think you always need someone, you are your best company, go to a nice cafe have your own time and enjoy.
2. Surround yourself with the people who are your real friends, who can tell you on your face that you are not fine and you need to work on yourself. Those people who can take best out of you, the people who loves you as you are and whose behaviour do not Change with your situation.
3. Watch good YouTube videos, yes I said YouTube we all know that when our both senses work together whatever we see and listen get stick to our brain. So watch videos which inspire you, which helps you to lift your mood and motivate you to participate in life again.
4. Get yourself organized, plan your days make a to do list and add your favourite thing in it which you love to do, Slowly you will see changes in yourself just have faith that you can do anything it you really want to do.
