Art is like magic and artists are magicians. The list really cannot end mentioning a few artists. So, here are some more painters who beguiled one and all with their magic and left their vibrant footprints in history.

  1. Vincent Willem Van Gogh, or just Van Gogh, was a Dutch artist who influenced the 20th-century art in a great way. He was a major Post-Impressionist painter. He expertise in portraits, self-portraits, landscapes and still lives of cypresses, wheat fields, and sunflowers although he had an interest and liked to draw ever since he was a child, he did not paint until his late twenties. In just over a decade he produced more than 2,100 artworks, including 860 oil paintings and more than 1,300 watercolors, drawings, sketches, and prints. Now, that is something. His most famous works include The Starry Night, The Potato Eaters, Vase with Fifteen Sunflowers, and many more.

2. Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino, known as Raphael, was an Italian painter and architect of the High Renaissance. Along with the great Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo, he forms the traditional trinity of great masters of their time. In spite of passing away at a very young age of 37, he left his impression on the world with his great works. His work is admired for its clarity in form and composition. 3. Johannes, Jan or Johan Vermeer was a Dutch painter who specialized in domestic interior scenes of middle-class life. Despite having painted some beautiful masterpieces during his life, this man was not particularly wealthy and left his wife and children in debt after his death. Many say that this was because he did not paint many paintings in his lifetime and took great care and time to complete his paintings. 4. Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn or just Rembrandt was a Dutch painter and etcher. He is generally considered one of the greatest painters and printmakers in European art and the most important in Dutch history. Another artist, who in spite of having achieved success at an early age, whose later years in life were marked by personal tragedy and financial hardships. His works include The Night Watch, Artemisia, David and Uriah, Self-Portrait, The Storm on the Sea of Galilee, and more.
