Who decides whether or not you shallbe happy or not? You do! Many of us manufacture our own happiness. Of course, not all happiness in this world is self-created but it also depends on social conditions. Today, as usual, I was traveling through a local train and my mood was off as I was going back from college to home. Maybe it was just me being tired and I was really irritated and I knew it. I was getting irritated at every small thing. I came home irritated, had food and slept. I got up and I was completely relaxed and felt better and smiled when my mom came to talk to me. Earlier the same day I was cribbing at her for everything possible. Then I realized how unreasonable I was being when I know that it is just me who can keep me calm and happy while no one else can do that for me. Happiness corresponds to a different sense of the term. It either means a life that goes well for the person leading it- "Well being or flourishing" or it uses the word as purely descriptive psychology as a state of mind- "depression or tranquility". Lately, from both, the psychological sense has been quite important.

What is happiness? There is no straightforward answer to this as there can be innumerable meanings, perspective, and opinions given by many. But the main idea basically means that happiness is anything that has pleasure, prosperity, or anything else. If happiness is determined by our thoughts, it is necessary to drive out thoughts that make room for depression or discouragement. It can be really smart to be spiritually alive tho. It could be the most astonishing methods of happy and successful living you ever used. But then again, it completely depends on person to person on what can eventually make them happy.

State of mind: Psychological matter. How valuable is your mental state? There is a phase in everyone's life where they no longer try to force relationships or friendships on other people who don't even care because they obviously get the instincts that it is going to be of no use and it's going to be really mentally exhausting even if you try. That doesn't make you happy in any way but eventually, you get used to it and live life for yourself. You make yourself grow mentally and after a few days or week when you are completely all right and feel that you don't care about something as much as you did earlier, that is happiness.

A life that goes well for a person leading it: Happiness in this sense concerns what benefits a person, is good for them, make them, better off, serves their interests or in desirable for her sake. I am really grateful for the life I'm living, the college that I go to, the facilities that I am provided with, the people I surround myself with, etc. Well being here is faring well, doing well ad being fortunate enough.
