You have to see something that others cannot see if you don't see anything new if you don't see anything fresh that others cannot see for sure you will become an object of ridicule.

So the vision is an important part of being a leader that you are able to see something. Vision does not mean you concoct it an ideology vision means literally you are able to see something that others cannot see, so when you are seeing something if you originally is seeing something it will never be in conflict with the existing reality only if your vision is from the library serve great universities in the world then it may not have a connection with the reality in your existing.

Otherwise, vision means to see if you are seeing how can you be disconnected with the existing reality but I know where this question is coming from because for most people their vision comes from books that they read are something that they have connected in their mind because they are supposed to have a vision.

Vision means to see, I think for ages we have always credited women being more intuitive or more visionary for which they have burnt and killed and battered for so many things because they could do something that others could not see a woman has had!

I'm sorry here if it sounds bad I am only saying it in a certain context a woman has had a privileged position where she could sit back and look man was in the thick of action not seeing anything day to day race with somebody else kept him busy that could not see anything dust in his eyes.

Now, I really wanna know something let's say you really wanna get to know your mother please don't dissect it that's not the way it works. However, the what you can know by dissection is a material aspect of life you cannot know life by dissection only the material and the physical can be dissected but now we are using our intellect to understand the entire gamut of things.
