Samosa the Indian most favorite and preferable snacks. Indian samosa is a fried dish filled with potato, onion, peas, meat and even lentils. Samosa is mainly of a triangular, cone or half moon shape which is mainly dependent on any region. It is mainly served hot with two chutneys I.e. one is made of imli and second is made of green chilly.

Samosa served with chutney is the most widely known dish from Africa to China, which even have their origin in the medieval period. Samosa is the most popular Indian cuisine or snacks in local cuisines of the Indian subcontinent, Western Asia, etc.

The samosa is claimed to have originated in the Middle East (where it is known as sambosa) prior to the 10th century.Abolfazl Beyhaqi (995-1077), an Iranian historian mentioned it in his history, Tarikh-e Beyhaghi. It was introduced to the Indian subcontinent in the 13th or 14th century by traders from Central Asia.

Even our childhood or the most famous cartoon made in India itself i.e. Motu Patlu in which motu even gets all his natural powers by eating samosa. Samosa is considered the favorite dish of motu and even after eating lots of samosas Motu fights with lots of enemies and always win each and every fight with them no matter how strong the enemy is. Whenever Motu wants to eat something then he mainly prefer samosas even that of chai wala that are his favorite samosas and it even gives the natural power to Motu to fight with everyone.

Even due to emigration and culture diffusion samosa in today’s world are also prepared in most of the regions. Even the fried samosa, is preferred by most of the Indians when some guests visit their homes as it is the cheapest and mostly tasty Indian snacks which are easily available everywhere in today’s time.

Even by seeing the love towards the samosa and even the health issues the baked samosa is also invented which is oil-free and even people who are having cholesterol problem can even eat it and can take the taste of their favorite snacks. But the taste of baked samosa and fried samosa is somehow different as fried samosa contains oil in it and baked samosa is oil free.

But after all samosa is samosa which is the mostly preffered snaks of everyone in India and even in many others country. Even now some big sweets shop has started making gujiya of samosa shape as it increases the variety of samosas. Samosa are the tastiest dish which everyone loves to eat.
