Business is the activity of making one's living or making money by producing or buying or selling good and services in the market.

Whereas
The job means task performed by an employee in an exchange for pay, a job consists of duties, responsibilities, etc.

This image can even tell you in a pictorial form the difference between businessman and job persons who are shaking hands are the ones who have taken the decision for their firm and then people who are clapping are the ones who have to follow their each and every decision.

If a person is doing his own business then he has all rights to take a decision on his own whereas if a person is doing the job he is not allowed to take all the decisions on his own due to which in jobs sometimes there are conflicts between the senior authority and their subordinates.

Business involves huge risk and the people who are mainly the risk taker indulge themselves in business whereas job doesn't contain that much risk as the employees will get their salary no matter if the business is running in the profit or is earning the loss.

In business, there are no restrictions for you. You can work less or even work more to earn more profits whereas in the job you have to fix yourself for a fixed time interval set by your employer.

Business can never work out without a bit of law in it. If you start your own business you have to set up your own assets whereas if you immerse with another institute you have to share your assets by default whereas if you working as an employee in an organization then you have to only invest your time and even you have more securities than a businessman may have.

But by doing business you can make your own name, the brand value in the market but by being an employee you are only capable for working in a particular firm and can't make your name outside the organization.

Even by putting all your efforts into your business and by thinking something different, from all the competitors if somehow ask you which car you drive you can ask that person on which day. Even by putting small efforts each and every day one day you can make your all dreams come true.

Examples: If you put sugarcane and money in front of elephants, they will choose sugarcane because they do not know that money can buy more sugarcanes. In reality, if you offer a job and business to people, they would choose a job because most people do not know that business can bring them more money than salaries.

Hence, Profit is better than salaries because salaries can make you a living, but profits can make you a fortune.
