Tea, beverage produced by steeping in freshly boiled water the young leaves and leaf buds of the tea plant, Camellia sinensis. It's benefits go far beyond refreshment. Dark tea:

Dark Tea is an unique type of tea made by post fermentation with a more than 400 years history. In China, it is usually called Border-Sale Tea or Tea sold on borders as it is commonly compressed into forms of bricks and sold in western minority areas of China.

Oolong tea:

Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea. All tea leaves contain certain enzymes, which produce a chemical reaction called oxidation.
