Depression makes you feel like you want to disappear from the world, but in reality, all you truly want is to be found.

Depression is medically defined as a mental health disorder characterised by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life. It basically is feelings of severe despondency and dejection experienced by a person.
The emptiness you feel in the middle of night or day when you've got nobody around or when everyone is near you, the silent tears rolling down your face for no reason, the pain you feel inside and the dark thoughts in your head, the voices telling you things that make you want to give up, the pain while smiling and the strange feeling of discomfort being in your skin, the scars that cover your mind and the voices you regard with disgust and agony, it's all too much for a person to handle. It is like you're neither dead nor alive like you're striving to live and survive.
The clueless that you feel on the road ahead when people ask you to learn to swim when you're drowning right in front of them, the spark of hope all gone from your eyes as you look at the sun shining bright. The silence that follows your cries for help, the lightheadedness you feel after every ounce of your strength is lost crying. The hollow cavity in your chest growing and becoming even more massive than it already it, the void not filling up but draining you of everything is dreadful.
In the middle of all this, the strong urge to end it by ending your own precious life overwhelms people and some take their own lives. A few others try but fail and are saved by sheer luck. The pangs of woe and dread leave you muddled up and tired of the life you have.
In times like this, you must let it all out by talking to someone who will listen to you and not mock you. Someone who will help and not just advice or idly sit and preach. You need a guide who will help pull you out of this misery and feeling of heartbreak.
You have to channel your sadness into something productive and not let it get to your head. You have to learn how to stay strong and not doubt in your own self. You are your own kind of person, figure your self out and find a cure. You were given this life because of how strong you are. Live it rightly.
When you overcome this darkness and look back at it you'll be proud of how strong and brave you were through all of it. Your priorities will change, you will learn lessons that will teach you how to survive in this cruel world. You will be stronger mentally than you ever were. You will start seeing the world in a different way, you'll be able to help others out. You will be grateful to have overcome the inner darkness that made you want to succumb to it.
