Bang!Bang!Bang! With the arrival of the cruelest month i.e. April, the Summer season has arrived. But this time say bye-bye to your conventional thoughts about Lazy, sweaty, evaporating and too sunny summer season to cool, energetic and enjoyable one.
Here are a few tips to enjoy this summer season:-
Accept the change- Yes, you got it right. The cozy winters have gone and the fresh summer has arrived. With a valuable message to give a fresh start to your life. Yeah, this season is a bit tough to survive, if not enjoyed properly, but it reminds us that "when the going gets tough the tough get going". So buckle up and enjoy the beautiful change.
Wake up with the Sun- Are you an early bird? Now, this is gonna be a bit challenging for the night owls but you know what early mornings have got their magic, especially the summer mornings. Trust me when I say that. Early morning sun rays are thought to increase the release of Serotonin. It is a hormone released by your brain and is associated with boosting mood and helping a person feel calm and focused. Try waking up at six in the morning once and let me know how well your that day was. Of course, you would need to go to sleep a bit early the previous night but trust me that's worth doing.
Update your closet - It's time to switch from woolen and tights to cotton and linen. Get yourself loose trousers, floaty dresses I mean something soft and breathable. Color matters too. Light colors reflect heat better than dark colors.
Stay hydrated - This is the most important tip. This season demands water and eventually, 70% of the human body is water made. But thanks to mother earth for providing so many resources to hydrate ourselves. No doubt you should consume water but I suggest coconut water. It energizes and keeps you a fresh whole day.

5. Try seasonal fruits - Summers come with our love MANGOES one of the most consumed fruits in the world. Along with its mouth-watering taste, mango owns many other magical benefits like giving your skin a beautiful glow, fixing your metabolism and many more. Melons are also available in the market this season. Eat them and stay juicy.
6. Take afternoon naps - Since you woke up in the morning or even if you haven't try to take short naps or what I call it a beauty nap. That will help you stay fresh and rejuvenated for the rest of your day.
7. Plan a few trips -This is the best time to execute your Goa plan . Go and have fun on beaches. Take sunbath, enjoy the beautiful sunset and party with friends.
