India has no shortage of beautiful travel destination. Some are more popular and commercialized than others. However, there are places which are must visit and have not been explored much. Actually, these places may give you an advantage of exploring with a limited amount of tourist around you! Here are some places I have listed down which you could add in your bucket list :D

Mcleod Ganj

The small district in Dharamshala Himachal Pradesh is also known as little Lahasa. It is a land of serenity and holiness. Its majestic hills and enchanting greenery makes it must visit place in India. Visit these awe-inspiring hills, slip into the idyllic surroundings, and get to know about Tibetan

Osian village in Rajasthan

Osian village in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan is known for its eighth and 11th-century temples which makes it must visit destination for all those who love historical architecture. In addition, you are likely to here titbits of myths related to temples and some traditions they follow that will make your jaw drop from local folks.

Lakshadweep Islands

This Island will make your dream of visiting exotic beach destination come true. The place is full of unspoiled beaches, clear skies, and wonderful nature. It is like a paradise on earth. This resplendent destination is one of the offbeat destinations in India.

Gavi, Kerala

Trekking is usually associated with mountains and hills. But at Gavi, we are talking about wildlife trek which you would not want to miss. It is also said that two gopher trees in India can be found in Gavi. It is a part of Periyar Tiger Reserve.

Lonar Lake

Lonar Lake is also known as Lonar crater. It is saline, Soda Lake located in Buldhana district of Maharashtra. It is an Identified geo-heritage monument. It was created due to a meteor impact during Pleistocene epoch. In simpler words, it was formed around 570,000 years ago!

Auli in Uttarakhand

Whenever we talk about snow, places like Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir come to our mind. Auli is a ski resort and hill station. Oak forests and mountains like Nanda Devi and Nar Parvat surround it. The major attraction is Auli artificial lake, which is the world’s highest man-made lake.

Spiti Valley

Spiti valley is the coldest mountain India that is located in the Himalayas. The term Spiti means middle Island which means a place between Tibet and India. It has an altitude of 12,500 feet above the level. It is necessary visit place for all the trekkers out there!
