Clothes = Rape ?

Recently a wasvideo shared on instagram , #apologise aunty it’s motto was andbeing a girl or a woman or even a human, I feel extremely sad, disheartened, frustrated, agitated and much more than I could express.

When I had a conversation with my friends over this video, they told me you couldn’t feel so sad about someone’s mentality because it’s psychic, inbuilt and you can’t do anything about it. Yes they are correct, I agree but what shook me is, the lady isliving in a metropolitan city and she is educated.

And education is not about holding degrees or completing PHD’S because education is about being liberal, open minded and much above then that, it’s about being HUMAN.

Human, being which you can’t go around screaming like ‘Ese kapde pehnogi, to rape hojayega’ ‘yaa iska rape kardo’

I am not living in a delusion where I react like, I don’t know such people exist because they do. They do and they live in our surroundings. Commentingor judging a character of a girl by her clothes is so normal in India or even every country in this world that we have forgot that before being a woman or man, we are humans in the first place.

And Raping is an inhuman activity.
Nobody has the right to reason rape because of a woman’s clothing, length of her naked legs or a man’s chiselled chest, husky accent or shaved clothes.

And having said that, I would also like to use this platform to voice out my opinion about feminism because I am sure half of the people have a wrong concept of feminism or maybe it’s mine which is slightly different from the rest.

So when I was closely reading the comments or heard speeches, interviews and stuff, I couldn’t feel more terrified when I saw ladies waving their flags of feminism uttering despicable shit like- Men are dogs, why cant we have more than one boyfriend if they can, why can’t we swearif they can ?

THIS is not feminism, this is doing something you want to do and justify it under the tag of feminism.

In the first place what we need to do first is open our mindsand be clear in our heads because it’s high time ladies, you can’t hold power degrading your own breed. Demanding your own rights is not about snatching the one’s the men had.

Fighting for your own rights is what that matters and not blaming the men for what they had.
Few days before, I watched a web seriesand when I see the ladies discussing about the size of the penis of a man so certainly and if we audience are like that’s fine and even it’s cool so why do we complain when we are shown the men discussing about the boobs of lady.

I won’t say more and I would leave it for you people to decide, what’s right and what’s wrong? what’s human and what’s inhuman ?
