Every now and then, we come across so many people who are fighting their own fights. Its not about the fights but how one faces it.

The 21st century has become a platform of depression and negativity. All we see is people tackling problems and not living the precious life. All we witness are the frowny faces and raised brows.

The advance technology has made our lives easier yet depressing. We are constantly changing and growing but what we dont realise is the quality of that growth. Most of the time is spent on the phones by younger generation. Some rarely talk to each other in person and the rest ignore the real world while engrossed in the virtual world.

What has this generation come to? We hardly talk to our close elder and grandparents and are always on their smartphones doing absolutely nothing important.

This also leads to an unwanted stress and depression which has no real basis. We crave for things, we dont even want but the trend makes us go for it.The 'showoff' has become the official trend where everybody is into creating a hype.

A way to enlightenment is needed for this generation where positivity triumphs. We need to categorize our time in such a way where we can manage our virtual and real world.

Positivity is something which would calm the stressed soul down in this never stopping world.

You have tons of methods to boost your positivity level such as a walk in the morning to your local park or a virtual detox day where you try to refrain from using tech based equipments. The generation needs to understand the nature's call.

If we do not prioritize our lives in a better way where virtual and real world co-exist properly. We might have to face dire consequences in our late 40s.Its time that we realise our worth and the word 'bliss'. We need to make the best out of our lives and that cannot be done without the positivity.

Enjoy the real moment rather than capturing it & making it less worthy.A meditation sounds too old fashioned but it is the need of the hour.We genuinely have to sort our lives in a right way where there's less room for negativity. At last, All these tad bit moments make our life worth it.

The extreme usage of technology is taking away all of our blissful vibes, making us more intrigued about others whereabouts rather than our own.The positive mindset is nothing but a way to enlightenment where we are peacefully cherishing the moments of our lives without complaining and cribbing.

Yours truly,
