Control of your emotions is the key to health and happiness. Emotions can be controlledbyyoga. Happiness is defined as a state of satisfaction and prosperity. One's happiness is something that only he or she can determine and varies from person to person.

No one else can tell you what makes you happy. They can have an positive or negative possible influence on your happiness, but they don'tdeterminewhatmakesyou reallyhappy. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and lose sight of what makes you happy. But making sure, your happiness meter is giving optimal readings and can provide many health benefits.

Happy people have younger and healthier hearts, younger and better arteries, and a younger real age. Happy people recover more quickly from surgery, cope better with pain, have lower blood pressure, and have longer life expectancy than unhappy people.Studies show that a person's health is one of the strongest predictors of happiness.

But the relationship between health and happiness is a bit complicated. Research shows little correlation between an individual’s objective health as defined by medical assessment and happiness. Adverse changes in one’s health can have a serious negative impact onhappiness levels, if it isn’t temporary.

Poor health has the potential of significantly affecting almost every single part of your life: your independence, your self-image, your personal and professionalrelationships, and your ability to work and carry out basic daily activities. So it's no surprise that when a person’s health takes a hit, his or herhappiness does as well.

Real happiness is the kind that brings you asenseof innerpeace and well-being in spiteofouter circumstances requires new mindsets and habits. For examples, Becoming too invested in other people's lives can make you lose track of your own journey.

You have to remember that everyone’s situations differ, and you only see a snippet of someone's life when you arecomparing it to your own. Strive to compare yourself to your best vision for yourself and acknowledge improvements and small successes along the way.

Without happiness, people are just not living their lives to their fullest. As long as person stay healthy, work hard to earn as much money as he can, and then use his health and wealth to share both good times and bad times with his family, then he will always be the happiest person in the world.

This complete happiness can be achieved by and only by yoga.
