A person is not allowed to eat something sweet or sugary when he is affected by diabetes. We all know that a diabetic person it's not allowed to eat sweet. But first let us know what is diabetes?
Diabetes is a disease that occurs when the blood glucose, also called blood sugar, is too high. There are three types of diabetes which occurs most commonly. Those are:
1. Type 1 diabetes
2. Type 2 diabetes
3. Gestational diabetes
Type 1 diabetes :
If you have type 1 diabetes, your body does not make insulin which means you need to take insulin everyday to stay alive. Your immune system attacks and destroyes the cells inthe pancreas which makes insulin. Type 1 diabetes is usually diagnosed in children and young adults although it can appear at any age.
Type 2 diabetes :
If you have type 2 diabetes your body does not make or use insulin well. This is the most common type of diabetes. This type of diabetes can appear at any age even from the childhood. But it occurs mostly in the middle-aged or old person.
Gestational diabetes :
Gestational diabetes develops in some women when they are pregnant. And in some cases it goes away after the baby is born. Sometimes diabetes is diagnosed during pregnancy actually type 2 diabetes. If you had gestational diabetes, during pregnancy you have a greater chances of having type 2 diabetes in future.
High blood pressure glucose leads to various problems like heart diseases,stroke, kidney diseases,dental problems, eye problem, nerve damage, foot problems,etc.

These are such foods that can be eaten and you will stay healthy and fit.If you didn't take care of yourself only you will be responsible for you bad health. If you are a diabetic that doesn't mean you can't enjoy life. Even a diabetic can enjoy his life. Let your taste buds be satisfied with flavours.
You don't have to remain back in terms of flavours and enjoyment. If you feel so try to communicate with people, go out for a ride, movies, tea party, etcthey all will bring you back to your teenager's time where you were carefree and bold. Disease can be cured if you are willing and can happily be kicked out with no pain. Everything requires efforts and efforts needs dedication. Dedicate your efforts to fight against diabetes and stood up again.
