My Favourite Book

Books are very important in our lives as it provides us knowledge, helps to gain experiences and increases our vocabulary as well. Books teach people about society. Learning to read is important, it helps to develop the mind before computers and technologies were around many decades ago. It’s hard to imagine our lives without books. We learn a lot of interesting things when we read books. Books are our great friend, teacher, and adviser. They take us how to take the next step when we are in difficult situations. They help to shape our lives. It is impossible to become an educated person without books. Some people find books boring and some get pleasure in reading books. Although I am not very much fond of reading booksI remember when I started reading my first novel, I was very much addicted to finishing it off in one go as the book left me completely curious about what is going to happen next, also it increases my vocabulary. I used to read 4-5 pages a day and finally, I finished it in a week. From that day onwards, I decided I will not only read my course book but also some other books like a novel, storybooks, etc. I really like an adventure in my life so I was reading an adventurous book called, ‘Five Fakirs Of Faizabad’ but it didn’t attract me towards it and I found it boring so I stopped reading that book. After a few years, again I started reading and now I am reading a book called ‘Who Says You Can’t You Do’ now it has become my favourite book. It is a motivation kind of book and it helps me stay motivated. I would also like to suggest those people who lack confidence in themselves or want some self-growth or feel down to read this book.
