Emotions are difficult to understand. You never know what is going on through the mind of the person sitting in front of you, or what the person is going through. Emotions flow like a roller coaster, more so in teenage than ever. Some things are usually trapped inside us, wanting to come out but can’t. You don’t know who to tell these things and who not to. You’re stuck in a pickle and you don’t know how to get out of it.
Some people will relate to me, some would just say all this is just for seeking attention. We have a lot going on in our minds, not only academics but way more. We struggle to make friends, we struggle to maintain friends, we’re forced to choose between our parents and friends at times. You’re lost, you don’t know what to do, you take stress, dark thoughts enter your mind.
This is a lot. Trust me…I know, but, we cannot let these things decide our future and ruin the present. It’s obvious we can’t get over it. If we could do anything, we could embrace it. By embracing it, we face the problems and let those things prepare us. Rather than thinking about the negative emotions and waste our time, we should focus on the positive emotions.
We should focus on things that make us happy and move on instead of wandering through the negative emotions.
