The experience of being alive; the course of human events and activities. On the warm spring morning of march 28,1999, I Vishakha Singh took 1st breath of air in Dehri, Bihar. After a year my brother got birth. In my early childhood, I viewed life as wonderful and joyful.

However, I received my first reality check on how cruel this world could be when i was only in kindergarten.Starting in fourth grade i continued dancing and involved myself insports, stories, poems, songs, essay.

In middle school,i wanted to learn how to play an instrument so i began learning how to play the violin.Midway through my training i was forced to transfer to a different school that didn't offer an. Orchestra class, therefore, from that time I had stopped to learn how to play

the violin.

By the time i enrolled into high school, it was ICSE board, till 5th i use to study in
CBSE and from 6th, my parents transferred me in ICSE. On the very 1st day when my teacher said “good morning” to me. I knew that she would be teaching a tough subject. she didn't get any answer for that greeting because back then i knew nothing about “good morning”.She used to teach English to our class.

Learning english was always an interesting
yet tough experience. When someone speaks English in my society ,he or she feels a sense of withdrawal because they are set apart to a very small group for speaking our other languages and normally they will end up speaking there first language to comply with the

larger group in the society.

One day was unusually dull. I was waiting for the teacher who come to the class and
instead of revising my past English Lessons that i rarely I cared about, I prayed that she wouldn't show up that day. After 10 minutes’ wait, she entered the class saying “good morning ".

The greeting did not bother me much, but when she came to me asking for the homework I was speechless and i just gave her blank notebook that i was supposed to

complete for that day.Her face showed no emotions that day marked massive change in my attitude toward English Lessons and the English language in general. The incident was very important to me because I then realised that even in a subtle way ,Language represents

people and to respect the language means to respect a people.
