"Water does not flow until the faucet is turned on" likewise knowledge does not flow until someone takes the initiative to do so.

I am Shriya Kataria from branch B.A LLB (HONS). Entering into a college sounds very interesting but pursuing a professional course makes life hectic andand sometimes mundane, to escape from such times some find their peace in music, some in photography but I discovered it in poetry. For me it's a way to quench my thirst for writing and an art of painting the world with the words. I am a passionate writer as well as a poet. My poetries are published on many websites like your quote and wrytin and one of my poetry was published in Delhi University's bi-annual magazine. I believe that behind a writer isn't a single mind, it is a whole bunch of minds in a single person which helps him to pen down about various aspects of life and being a part of this team can endow me with an opportunity to showcase my skills in the best possible manner and it would add on to my responsibilities, which will be an another learning experience and would churn me to be a refined person.

Determination and discipline is the essence of life, without these two it may become difficult to achieve long-term goals. In the life full of law books and exams, it becomes difficult at times to pen down a poetry or an article but that's how my will power helps me in converting my desire into reality and maintaining a balance between my studies and my passion for writing. Also the fact that 'Art is long and life is short' has embolden me discover different facets of literature. Being a writer there are a universe of thoughts that come across my mind and writing or publishing it is the only way to share them with the world. It bestows me an opportunity to influence people’s ideology, that too with the power of words. At last, I would like to quote few lines

"We take risks and make mistakes,
But life do offers us a second take.
Be bold and show some spine,
Make hay while the sun shines."
