Now I remember, how I am also keen on watching a lot of web and TV series and I have witnessed the gradual shift of viewers from daily soaps to these trendy series. Web series are like T-20 matches, short and crisp to create a lot of curiousity for the content, plot and storyline and long enough to cover the whole topic. Therefore the entertainment industry has accepted the change which has been brought about and made peace with it. Nowadays, the makers of a series online or offline do not have much work to do since they already have a loyal consumer base, ready to view the series. 1. Salvation: According to me, this is one of the most underrated TV series that originally aired on CBS. It has two seasons. Basically, the plot revolves around the discovery of an asteroid which shall probably hit the earth and can be saved only by the pioneer of Tanz Industries named Darius Tanz, who has been shown as a wealthy and multi talented scientist. He helps the United States’ defence department and the whole nation from the terrible impacts of the asteroid hitting the earth.

2. The Designated Survivor : In moments of crisis, people who rise up to the occasion and reach out to others are the real heroes. We have heroes in our countries who do not wear capes and perform stunts but are capable of taking the bullet to the head for the nation. This is the theme of The Designated Survivor, which aired on ABC for two seasons. On the night of the Presidential address, the President is killed and hence the minister for Housing and Urban development is selected to be the President, which is just the precursor for an attack that is about to take place.

3. Selection Day: It is never easy to stand out and every superstar was once a novice who refused to give up. Radha and Manju are the two lads who grow up under the strict guidance of their father who is a cricket fanatic and wants his kids to play phenomenal cricket and beat their nemesis, Javed.
