This is one of my favourites in 5 minute snacks. It is very healthy as well as tasty. I am sure this will satisfy one's hunger. It is gluten free too.
Ingredients:
Boiled chickpea-1 cup
Cucumber-¼ cup
Tomato-¼ cup
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp
Pepper-½ tbsp
Salt-½ tbsp
Spring onion-1 tbsp
Instructions:-
Mix all these ingredients in a bowl and your salad is ready.
Yes, you heard it right. You can make a mug cake in 5 minutes. Let’s see the ingredients we need to make this cake.
Ingredients:-
Melted Butter-1tbsp
Powdered Sugar-2tbsp
All Purpose flour-4tbsp
Baking Powder-¼ tbsp
Cocoa Powder-3 tbsp
Milk-1 tbsp
Vanilla Extract-½ tbsp
Water-1tbsp
A pinch of Salt
Any Milk or Dark Chocolate
Instructions:-
Take a mug, mix powdered sugar and melted butter.
Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla extract.
Press the chocolate into the center of the mug and make sure that they are completely submerged in the batter.
Just top with water and don’t mix it.
Cook in microwave for 60-90 seconds. Please keep an eye as each oven is different. Make sure it doesn’t over bake.
Serve it with your favourite toppings.
This is an easy one. You just have to roll up all ingredients and chill it.
Your energy bar is ready.
Ingredients:-
Crushed Cashews-1 Cup
Chopped Dates-1 Cup
Pistachios-1 Cup
Instructions:-
Take all three ingredients in a food processor.
Just pulse it a few times so that everything mixes up.
Scrape the edges.
Pulse it until it turns to a ball form.
Transfer it to butter paper.
Using your hand make it into a square shape.
Wrap and then chill it for an hour.
Cut it into bars.
Serve as per requirement.
Now we’ll make something to drink. Follow these steps and make a smoothie.
Ingredients:-
Vanilla Yogurt-1 cup
Frozen Apple-1
Frozen Watermelon-½
Orange Juice-½ cup
Instructions:-
Chop the frozen apple into small pieces.
Chop the watermelon into small pieces.
Take a blender.
Put chopped watermelon, apple & orange juice and give it a pulse. Repeat it twice.
After this pour Yogurt and blend it again.
Your smoothie is ready to serve.
