Depression is a state caused due to prolonged sadness. It is a state where one suffers to the deepest, through which they stop communicating and coming in contact with friends and family.

'Sometimes we just have to stay silent, because no words can define what’s going in our minds'. Isn’t true? Depression is such a state. We can’t talk, speak, express and confess what is going in your minds. Your pain and sorrow can be seen but cannot be felt by people. Depression is a state where it is you who have to deal with the situation, it is you who have to find a solution, people can just support, give advice and suggestions, but not more than that. You yourself have to set up your mind to come out of it. Coming out of it would be the greatest thing you would have done throughout your life.

It is very important for a person to come out from such a state and move on. They must understand that life just does not end up there. But that is a mostly attempted mistake. Depression can be caused by various reasons, may be because of their job securities, family tensions, financial issues, relationships and many more. Depression has to be controlled at the very beginning, and if that does not happen and it gets prolonged, it can also lead to mental illness.

There are various ways and methods through which depression can be cured and rectified and help people lead a happy and beautiful life. The very first step, STOP THINKING THAT YOU ARE DEPRESSED. It is very important for any depressed person, that they should not have the thought in their mind that they are undergoing depression. It is necessary for a person to take situations in a positive and optimistic way. I know it is not very easy, but a trail can be made. Next, SHARE your feelings with your peers, family and your dear ones. Sharing is the best medicine for depression. Talking and sharing with people lightens up your heart and makes you feel much better. Another way could be EXERCISE. By exercising, it helps you divert and also makes you more fit and energetic. It can help you control your feelings and emotions. GOING FOR OUTINGS AND VACATIONS, this is the most exciting and happy way to cure your depression. The vacations help you find new mates and well wishes and make you feel more cheerful and joyful. I know it is very easy for me to suggest you ideas, but at the end of the day, if followed, it can bring to you a great extent of happiness and joy. If any one of the above satisfies you, it would be something really very great. Coming out of depression really is a start for a fresh and happy life. You are born for some reason, accomplish it by doing your best.
