Everything that you need or require for these days is available in your hand. Yes, I am talking about the same device that you are holding right now in your right hand for reading this stuff. And there is nothing wrong for this thing since everybody near or far is doing the same for knowing or doing anything in this world. You have a problem in anything the first thing that you refer to is not your elders but your smartphone. For things even as big as the Motor Parts of a machine or as small as putting the thread in needle the first thing that comes to your mind when you don't know about any of these things is to search for it in your smartphone. People have forgotten the real meaning of Smartphone which was to talk to people in voice but talking to people is lost, it is extinct when now people choose emojis or emoticons over real words to express their emotions. This never signifies that you are more advanced, it only means that you are addicted to technology more than you are addicted to a person. For whatever you want there is an app and you can download it and you are surrounded by thousands of apps which are of no use. You are really falling into the Trap if you sit back for a minute and see that what you did the entire day you probably would observe that you interacted with a lot of persons but virtually. You are eventually falling into the Trap of depression by using smartphones for long.

We'll find out how-

  • The first and foremost symptom of depression is an inadequate amount of sleep. You wake up late and you sleep late just because you are busy with your smartphone, it ultimately harms your concentration. You believe that whatever the internet is telling us Gospel truth and you never clarify before following anything.

  • You depend for everything on the internet even if you want it to show your creativity you search it on the Internet and then follow it, so you will lose your creativity levels soon if you continue using your smartphones for everything, Which will eventually lead you to depression.

  • Remember all the social networking sites that you are addicted to you, cyberbullying is a common part of each one of them. This can lead to lowering your self-esteem which is also a cause of depression.

I am not saying that you must abandon your smartphone at once what I am trying to explain here is that you must limit the time of using your smartphone because if you not do so there will be a time then you can simply slide into the hands of depression and other mental problems.

Thank you!
