    You may have probably done the worst things in life, you might even seem like a lost cause broken beyond repair, but remember God loves you even at your worst.. So if you can’t love yourself, you cannot expect others to love you!

  3. EAT RIGHT!

    It’s very important to watch what you eat, don’t treat your body like a trash can throwing in all the things that do you harm.. What might look pleasing to the eye might be bad for your body.. Eat right because you have a greater purpose!

  4. EXERCISE!

    Not because everyone does or because everyone is asking you to.. But because your body is the temple of God, take care of it the way it deserves to be taken care of!

  5. ENJOY NATURE!

    Not only because you feel refreshed but also you get an opportunity yo appreciate the wonderful work of God and you might probably learn something from it!

  6. STOP COMPLAINING!

    You may have a whole lot of things to complain about, but just don’t!

  7. MANAGE ANGER!

    Because words once spoken cannot be taken back.. You hurt others and yourself..

  8. FORGIVE!

    Cause life is too short to hold grudges against people..

  9. BE HUMBLE & KIND!

    Your kind act may comfort someone in need..

  10. SLEEP!
