Bhangarh- The Most Haunted Place Of India

Bhangarh Fort is located in Alwar, Rajasthan. It was built in 17^th century by King Bhagwant Das for his son. Bhangarh fort is famous for the mysteries behind it. It is said that some paranormal activities exist inside the fort. That’s why Bhangarh is said to be the most haunted place of India. The fort is completely ruined. You will find no development around the fort. Locals said that the fort is cursed. Staying there for night results in never return of the person.

It is said that the reason behind the death of famous Indian paranormal activist Gaurav Tiwari is due to the ghost of Bhangarh. It was the last case he investigated. His death is still a mystery.

Stories behind the fort
Ratnavati was a very beautiful princess of Bhangarh. Tales of her beauty spread widely. A tantrik who knew black magic fell in love with the princess. He wanted to marry with her. He did black magic in princess perfume to attain her. However she learned the intention of tantrik behind the perfume. She threw it far away. The perfume touched the stone, the stone flew towards the tantrik and crushed him. Before dying, he cursed to ruin the fort and the inhabitants. Ratnavati was died soon in a battle between Bhangarh and Ajabgarh.

The another story is about a curse given by a sadhu Balu Nath. Balu Nath lived near the fort. His condition was that he didn’t want the fort to cast any shadow over his home. His condition was acepted by everyone except Raja Ajab Singh. He built the fort further and the shadow of the fort cast over the house of Balu Nath. He got angry and cursed to ruin the fort and surrounding villages

You will find a signboard at the entrance of the main gate where government strictly prohibited the entry to the fort after the sunset and before the sunrise. This place is mostly attracted to the youths and adventure loving people. Visitors have their own experiences here. Some feels negativity,some feels paranormal activity while some cannot stay a second here.

Some people said that the stories are made to attract the tourists and there is no such things.

After hearing lots of stories, researchers and historians goes there for researches. They find the site highly negative from their tools and machines. They don’t find any evidence of any ghost or spirit existence.
