It's not your mistake that you are a part of a superficial life from the childhood, it's a society which judges everyone but forgets that every being is unique in their own way, they judge a person by their IQ but they forget even robots nowadays have a better IQ than a being.
So now the question arises:
What's makes a human different from a robot?
In the 21st century where artificial intelligence is striding up and increasing it's adroitness is somehow creating lack of jobs for humans because robots are smart enough to perform that same task in scarce time.
In these circumstances there is only one thing that makes a human different from a robot and it's their emotional intelligence.
The creativity, imagination, innovation, originality, artistry, vision, enterprise are the tenor resides in human blood which makes them a unique identity but the problem is
the people of tomorrow believe in following each other and always like to spend their whole life in a rat race.

The term "emotional intelligence" was firstly appeared in a 1964 paper by Michael Beldoch, and in the 1966 paper by B. Leuner entitled Emotional intelligence and emancipation which appeared in the psychotherapeutic journal: Practice of child psychology and child psychiatry.
It was the first time when the word was introduced to the world, many scientist and Darwinism never deem the actual meaning of it because they always reckon intelligence quotient to assess human intelligence.
While the actual meaning of emotional intelligence is not to test the intelligence of a human but to examine the emotional sensitivity within them.
Basically, Emotional intelligence is the calibre of a person to mastermind his or her emotions and possess the ability to control the emotions of others as well. In other words, they can influence the emotions of other people also.

When a person starts influencing and motivating others he or she starts inheriting the skills of leadership, being emotionally strong makes you self confident and self-motivated to acquire your goals and achieve your potency.
Basically, when we know about emotional intelligence we can not just improve yourself but we can also preserve the precious relationship and the professional bonds with the comrades.

Basically, there are five main elements of emotional intelligence that maintain it's credibility, they are as follows;
Self-management- It sounds like being your own esquire, but it doesn't mean setting up your own business. It basically means taking responsibility for your own actions. In simpler words, it's about making a choice to do more than you need to, and it's a great skill to build for life and work.
Self-motivated- When you are motivated to do a series of tasks you will be in a better position to influence others. Work towards your goals consistently. Show your employees how the work is done and lead by example. Even if you are faced with a challenge try and find something good about the situation.
Empathy- The professional word for sympathy, it's the ability to understand the problem of another, Every successful lead should know how to empathise with others if you want to earn their respect.
Social dexterity- The last element of emotional intelligence is social dexterity and it is one of the important element. Social dexterity is all about communicating your point of view too. They are able to build a rapport with others which makes the relationship more comfortable and reliable.
If we inherit the emotional intelligence and follow these aspects then we can surely make a revolution in this superficial world.
