"It is when we think we can act like God, that all respect is lost, and I think this is the downfall of peace. We lie if we say we do not see color and culture and difference. We fool ourselves and cheat ourselves when we say that all of us are the same. We should not want to be the same as others and we should not want others to be the same as us. Rather, we ought to glory anal shine in all of our differences, flaunting them fabulously for all to see! It is never a conformity that we need! We need not to conform! What we need is to burst out into all these beautiful colors!

Peace as privilege.... Unbelievable

We humans have many needs, they are indeed never ending. But different people have different needs. There exist the needs of the crowd and concomitantly the individual needs. One may say they are interdependent, after all it is the amalgamation of all the individuals that forms our society. For an individual, a need consists of shelter, clothing, food and so on, they are universally applicable. But in today's world, the line between needs and wants is very fine. Technology is a need today. Status is a need today. But for people in countries that together form a considerable fraction of the world population, the need is peace. Peace is a privilege for those living in war-torn countries, yet their needs are overlooked by the rest of the world.

It is very easy to outweigh the needs of the few by the needs of the many.

There are differences that create the majority and minority colour, class, race, nationality...the list is endless. We humans are so different that there will never be two exactly alike with the exception of twins. To deal with individual human needs at the everyday level can sometimes be noble So how do we as a society decide whose needs are indispensable and whose secondary? Will there ever be a balance between the needs of the individual and that of the crowd? That can only be possible when we respect all our different needs, respect them, and strike a balance so that fulfilling one's needs doesn't affect the other's.

It is imperative that we are not just tolerant of things and people we don’t conform to, but accept and adapt to changes in society which affect us. It must be an endeavor of all mankind to share a common goal, a happy world.
