Hello everybody!! I have written many articles, many of them being philosophical. Some of them might have bored, some may have made you think. So I am back with another article, another philosophical one but I am sure it is worth the read. It might bore you or may make you think 😉. So let's begin.

Do you have any friend or a family member who takes the support of a wheelchair? The people who need the support of a wheelchair have equal independence as opposed to those who can walk normally without any help. You might help them with a few things but they are still independent.

But do you know how they feel? They feel restricted, they feel dejected, they feel angry, they feel bad that they have to be dependent on others for things to do. It restricts their thinking. But they do not know that they are equally independent as the others are. Do you know what is restricting their thoughts? The wheelchair.

Everyone has faced situations or problems in their lives which have eaten away their thoughts. These situations make the person angry or dejected or make him hate himself or making him feel useless. These situations are the mental wheelchairs. These wheelchairs are more difficult to get rid of than the real wheelchairs. These wheelchairs pull down your morales, restrict your thinking and do not allow you to take decisions.

There are physiotherapists who help you to get up from the wheelchairs. But what about your mental wheelchairs? You are your own physiotherapist. People will help you, advice you but they will never know what is running in your mind. Only you can help yourself. Clear your thoughts and stop thinking about those wheelchairs. Run away from them or face them but get rid of them.

These things should not stay for a long time with you. Leave them behind and fly free.

Be your own physiotherapist.

Enjoy!!
