You can predict stocks, you can predict shares but you can't predict emotions. Emotion is an immediate reaction to a situation.

EMOTIONS!!

Hmmm, this topic has come up a lot in the form of articles, poems, essays and what not. Even qawali and sher-o-shayari. But What are THEY?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emotion

These are not political issues which can be a basis of casual conversations during family get togethers. These are not movies whose plots and twists and "what could happen next?" we can discuss.

You think you can talk about it just like that?Emotions are the feelings which come out of a person's inner self, the soul.It depends on the mood, the situation the person is in.People do judge you on the way you react to situations but they do not know what your exact feelings were in that situation.

It is easy to say that a person should not have panicked like that, cried in that situation, or acted out of anger. But a person cannot tell what was running in that person's mind while he was in that situation or how near and dear to him the people in those situation were to him. We always think the grass is greener on the other side until we actually go there and see that those were the shades of the trees and the grass is really dry.

This is when humanity comes into the picture. A person's human instincts must be mix with their emotional quotient in order help the people who are panicking, crying or raging out with anger. The people with low emotional quotient are the people who are helpful to the people with the highest of the highest emotional quotient. These people thing practically and try to reason out with people who are emotionally high and try to bring them out from those situations with relief and happiness on their faces. I'm not saying all people must have the least of the least emotional quotient because if all the people turn emotionally low, what next, we will be equal to robots who do not have humanity.

We must strike a balance with our brain and soul only to not let the emotions go to our heads. So next you see someone crying or panicking, just understand their feelings and be with them and console them but do not ever ask them to not have that emotion.

You maybe strong but others are not you.
