Five DIY Hair Masks for a Damaged Hair -(super easy to made )
1). Olive Oil and Avocado Hair Mask:

Olive oil contains omega-3 fatty acids. It plays an important role in hair growth, shine, the strength of the hair. In olive, it contains antioxidants which fight with hair ageing free radicals so that you will get very often white hair problem. Avocado contains amino acids which help in the hair production process. This mask very helps for the people who are suffering from dry hair and hair damage.

Materials required: 1 ripe avocado (mashed),2 tablespoons of olive oil, use 2 tablespoons of honey for extra hydration.

Procedure: Blend ingredients and apply in small sections to clean damp hair. Cover hair with a shower cap for 30 to 60 minutes. Shampoo out and condition as usual.

2). Coconut Oil and Honey Hair Mask.:
Coconut oil helps toprotect the natural proteins in hair. This is especially beneficial to those who lack protein in their hair follicles. Vitamin E in coconut oil provides antioxidant benefits. Lauric acid present in honey helps to penetrate deep into the hair shaft.

Materials required:2 to 4 tablespoons coconut oil,1 tablespoon honey
Procedure:Whisk or Blend ingredients and apply in small sections to clean damp hair. Cover hair with a shower cap for 30 to 60 minutes. Shampoo out and condition as usual.

3). Almond Milk and Coconut Oil Mask:
Almonds are a great source of protein – an essential element of hair structure. Almonds also reduce inflammation and may promote hair growth.

Materials required: 4 egg whites, 5 tablespoons almond milk, 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
Procedure:In order to prepare Almond milk, keep the almonds in water the entire day (24 hours) and grind them and filter the mixture. After that follow the same procedure mention in an above hair mask.

4). Egg Yolk Hair Mask:
Eggs are a rich source of proteins and amino acids, Vitamin-D – the building blocks of strong, healthy hair, provide deep moisture to the hair and scalp.

Materials required: 2 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil, Water (to dilute). After that follow the same procedure mention in an above hair mask.

5). Banana Honey Mask:
Bananas helps toimprove hair condition, preventing the risk of breakage. Vitamin C fights off free radicals that contribute to hair ageing.

Materials required: 1 ripe banana (mashed ),1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil or almond oil. After that follow the same procedure mention in an above hair mask.
