Scrubbing

Exfolition is very important. Exfolitate your skin atleast twice in a week . It will decrease the dead cells from your skin.

Good sleep

Our skin repairs at night. Throughout day, our skin suffers alot. So it is very important to have a soundfree deep sleep. So that our skin can rejuveniate .
