1. TAJ MAHAL, INDIA

In the memory of his beloved wife, Shah Jahan the Mughal Emperor commissioned this mausoleum. It was built between 1632 and 1648. It’s an architectural beauty with mixture of designs inspired from Persian, Islamic, Turkish and Indian cultures. Made out of white “sangmarmar” marbles with exotic garden by its sides and a long rectangular reflecting water bed, it will leave your eyes and soul awestruck for a while.

2. PETRA, JORDAN

Described as ‘rose city half as old as time’, Petra located in Jorden is an architectural city with structures carved out of the amazing red brown color rocks. Nanbateans, the nomadic Arabs known for their water conduit system construction and architectural talent came to Jordan and made this beauty spot in 312 BC.

Jordan with Dead Sea on its borders and Mediterranean evergreen forestry around it and dry landscapes inside, you should definitely see this place.

3. GREAT WALL OF CHINA, CHINA

Made to protect the Chinese dynasty from the raid of the foreign nomadic group like the Eurasian steep. It is made of stone and earth as a fortification, multiple walls were made so they were joined together which we now see as the great wall of China. It is 4000 miles long and can be seen from the outer space. People visit it to see the greenery and the work around and on the great wall.

4. CHRIST THE REDEEMER STATUE, RIO DE JANERIO

The statue of Christ build by the Brazilian engineer Heitor Da Silva Costa is an architectural master piece, hence a wonder of world. It is 30 m tall and with 28 wide (Christ hands). It is situated in the beautiful city Rio De Janerio in Brazil. It is a symbol of Christianity all over the world.

Brazil is a naturally blessed place on earth with Rio, Sao Paulo and Foz do Iguacu places on its map you are going to have a great weekend here.

5. MACHU PICCHU, PERU

Located on the mountains of Peru, Machu Picchu is an Incan city made of the sparkling granite carefully made between 2 towering Andean peaks, centered at the Incan capital of Cusco. It was unknown except to locals till 1911, it was rediscovered by the archaeologist Hiram Bingham. It is a step based structure with beautiful jaw-dropping scenes that will surely fulfil our purpose of visit.

6. CHICCHEN ITZA, YUCATAN PENINSULA, MEXICO

The pyramidal rugged structure of Chichen Itza is a symbol of the capability and genius of the Mayan culture. This city was the trading center of cloth, slaves, honey and salt which flourished in the 800 to 1200, emerging as the political hub of the Mayan Civilization.

7. THE ROMAN COLOSSEUM, ROME
