The most popular Chinese app tiktok banned in India after court final hearing from Delhi Supreme Court and which is now not available at Google and Apple Play Stores.

Meanwhile, a court in Tamil Nadu asked the government on 3rd April to ban app TikTok as largely the youth is just getting addicted to it and it encourages pornography and warning that children getting targetted and users in it which is actually not a good sign for thier mentality and can get over thier mind and may be injurious for their health. A lot of incidents and bad events of accident and shooting has caused the government of india to take such a decision, initially initiated by S Ramadoss, founder of thePattali Makkal Katchiparty in Tamil Nadu and an advocate who filed a plea in Madras High Court, Muthu Kumar.

Due to this the government took the decision and banned TikTok app this Wednesday Morning i.e. 18th april 2019.The government had sent a letter to Apple and Google to abide by the state court’s order, in keeping order with associate IT ministry official. The app was still on the store on Apple’s platforms later these weekdays, however was now not on the store on Google’s Play store in India.

TikTok, that permits users to form and share short videos with lighting tricks, has become vastly common in India however has been criticized by some politicians, saying its content is inappropriate. Even though the content created on this app is potencially viral content, but the amount of inappropriate videos are increasing in number by production and by views which is a bad sign.

It had been downloaded quite 240 million times in India, app analytics firm device Tower said in February that around thirty million users in India have downloaded and upload content on it, which is twelve times more than the same month last year.Jokes, clips, and pictures associated with India’s thriving movie industry dominates the app’s platform, along with side memes and videos within which kids, some scantily clad, lip-sync and dance to popular music.

Share your views, Are you happy or not by this decision of the government?
