Not all of us plan on staying outdoors for summer and that’s totally okay! But, we’re closer to the end of summer (well, most of us are!) and there’s a few things you wouldn’t want to miss out on:
A daily journal helps express everything you feel and you may not always have to write paragraphs like a regular diary. Your journal could include various columns. Each day you could fill in: things to do, how you feel, goal trackers and something new you’re grateful for. You could customize your own journal and start using it before you get back to work/studying.
You could do this inside home too! Decorate your home with some beautiful flower pots and choose from a variety of plants. You can also get yourself plants that require low maintenance.
Learning an instrument as simple as a ukulele could be very helpful as a relaxing hobby throughout the year. Well, now is the best time to learn something new! Check out for some outdoor classes or pick a YouTube tutorial to learn from. You could also ask a friend for help!
It is the best time of the year to sit down and sort out all your favourite photographs from your childhood. Make a scrapbook and scribble down some cute captions, stick photographs and doodle all over the book! It is a great way to bond with family too.
Get the easiest snack recipes for you from YouTube or other websites. Check out for something healthy and delicious. This helps save time when you need to prepare something for yourself later. So the next time you’re hungry and you crave for something delicious, you know what to do!
It is never too late to get yourself the book you’ve always wanted (or a game, movie, whatever.) Make the most of your free time now. Go for books that can be very useful like: How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
Try making your own bucket list. A bucket list includes all the things you wish to do before you die or before a certain milestone. If you’ve already made one, get started on striking things off.

It’s never too late to do what you’ve wanted to. Make the most of the time you’ve got in hand. Happy Holidays to you. : )
