There's so much to talk about this man but more than anything else he's a leader, more than anything else he's a saviour. A man,the wholenation looks up to. We all know the various milestones he hasachieved, 2007WT20, 2011 World Cup , 2013 Champions Trophy , so many Champion Leagues andIPLTrophiesin between. M.SDhonihasachievedeverything a captain can dream of. Still we don't idolize him for his achievements but for his humility after having so much.

Hailing from Ranchi, just another small town in India, Mahendra SinghDhoni’s rise through the ranks into international cricket is a tale of rebellion, extraordinary merit, perseverance, and, most of all, belief. People from small towns look up to him and say , If M.S. Dhoni canachiveso much, maybe they can alsoachievesomething. He gives flight to the aspirations of these people and more than that he protects these aspirations.

Players and fans both look up toDhoninot as a captain but as a leader of men in Indian Cricket. He has won matches from such grave situations that we can't imagine. Justfor example, in 2013 during the India vs Australia series test match in Chennai, the team was not in very great form and mindset because of several series losses in recent past. In that match of the series India lostit'swickets early and then cameBhuvito bat alongside MS and they both put up a match winning century partnership.Dhoniscored 224, driving the Australians out of that game but also driving the Australiansspirtout of that series. The turning point of that serieswas decidedby a M.S.DHONIINNINGS.

But his white ball heroicsare rememberedmore than the red ball ones. 2007, theWT20, India played a young team under the leadership of a young captain and toeveryone'ssurprisethat young man from Ranchi with long hair locks led his team to become firstT20champions of the world.

Then comes the 2011 World Cup. All the emotions surroundingTendulkar'slast World Cup added more to the pressure which was already there on the team for winning the Cup. You will never see M.S.Dhoniat the center of celebratory pictures in these victory campaigns because he always knew that it might be someone else's moment, it will go down as his team, a team he led with passion, honesty and integrity.

His innings of 91 not out will go down as one of the greatest innings ever played in the history of limited over format. On the night of the finals he stepped up, came at No 5 not because he wanted to hog the limelight but because of the fact that he might playMuralitharanbetter thanYuvraj, who already was having a dream World cup campaign.

He's the only cricketer who has more haters in his own country than any other country. This still confuses me that someone who hasachievedeverything for his country is given so much hate to deal with . Some might say theIPLis to blame for this and whatever might be the reason it's just not justified how some people hate him so much.Dhoninever publicly came out and dealt with his haters andtrollersbut he still continues to win matches for his team and that's his way of replying.

WheneverDhoniretires, he will be known as the hero India needed, but didn’t deserve.
