Computer Graphics

Computer graphics was developed in the late 19^thcentury.Graphics plays key role in industries marketing several of computer products are marketed with the good graphics design. Due this many industries related to marketing are solely dependent on the designing of advertisement. Graphics Developer like Maya, AutoCAD 3D, CUTIA are using computer graphics to increase the working. There are very few manufacturer like NVDIA, INTEL, AMD who designs the graphics card. Computer graphics card are very expensive to manufacture. Because it needs different professional people from various branches like physics, geometry & optics. Its demands are increasing in different market places like gaming, designing and advertising. Computer graphics plays very vital role in ongoing digital India campaign.

Computer graphics is developing branch of computer science.
It has following evolving phases

1. CRT display:-
CRT-cathode ray tube it was first cheap commercial product. Because in 19^th century computer graphics developed was very expensive. CRT is commercials well because it able to display good quality of video. In late of 1980 color CRT are affordable.

2. Liquid Crystal Display:-
LCD are mainly developed in the era of computer monitors for which good pixel movement is required. The first LCD developed in the 1990 but it was very expensive. But after some time it reduced due to the developing market within 2-3 years in US.

3. OLED:-
Organic light emitting diode is a kind of a diode which emits highly intense light. It is able to display very contrast images. But the main disadvantage is the problem of screen burn in.

It makes the non-uniform use of the pixels on the screen.

5. Flat panel display:-
It has reduces the size of the CRT’s and makes it possible for the television.

4. High Definition Display:-
Hd displays are further invention of graphics industry. Commercialization ofmobile phones with HD display is possible.

Graphics card:-
Graphics card/video card is a chip which makes the communication CPU and hardware display. But the core at this is the GPU(graphics processing unit).It mainly used to reduce the working of the CPU. Graphics card manufacturer companies like NVIDIA, AMD have invented the cards which are able to perform the DirectX and openGL operations.
