10 Problems With Indian Educational System

We all want a job that gives us salary in six figures every month. But we are not ready to face the ground reality of our education system that how come it is going to help you to full fill your dreams.

I have written 5 fundamental problems with the education system of our country. You need to know these 10 problems.

1. Education System Promotes Rat Race

Our education system basically promotes rat race among our children. They just have to read and mug-up the entire textbook no matter what they understand.

the student who scores 90 out of 100 and comes first actually remains a rat because he or she does not have any analytical skills that a child must-have, they have only theoretical knowledge.

2. No Critical Analysis

Our children are not able to do a critical analysis of anything, because there is no book present which teaches how to do critical analysis.

They are simply not able to look at things from their own point of view. If we want a society should become better than we must develop a culture of looking at things critically and do analysis. Children must learn to criticize our own culture and develop their own point of view to see and analyze everything.

3. Teachers Themselves are Not Trained to teach in schools

our teachers themselves are not sufficiently trained to teach kids which make the situation more worse.

4. Medium of Language of our Education System

This is also a big problem that needs to be addressed many English medium schools teaches the student in Hindi or any other regional language. We are not able to decide on the medium of language for our education system. many students does not understand the English so how they are going to understand what their teacher teaches them. in school, there is no subject which was design on communication skills.

5. Education Given is Irrelevant for Job-Market

our education system is designed in such a way that after completing graduation in any discipline students are not able to get jobs.

It is simply because skills that are required in a job market are simply not present in a fresh graduate, fresh graduates have only bookish knowledge. which was totally useless for the job market
