Anxiety Issues During Covid-19

Hi everyone,

Recently I was working on an article about anxiety. During the research, I read a lot of blogs and seen a couple of videos. Eventually, I started relating myself with all the symptoms of anxiety disorder and got scared that maybe I need some kind of mental help and it was such a pathetic feeling that I couldn't concentrate on my work.

Later, I took a break, heard good songs, went for a walk, and tried to convince myself that nothing has happened to me and it's all happening as I am unnecessarily relating myself with those symptoms.

Thankfully, I am all fine, and again back to work it was just an influence of those articles.

I am sharing this with all of you, as this must have happened with all of you, or may happen in the future. With my experience, I would suggest don't take any information on the internet too seriously that it starts ruling your brain and questioning your capabilities. Take a deep breath, introspect, and then come to any conclusion.

Especially in this pandemic situation, don't exaggerate things, this is just a phase that will soon pass away.
